Our Commitment

• Deliver nursing foot-care services in a respectful, dignified, and equitable manner.

• Provide clear communication and alternative formats upon request (large print, digital copies, or verbal explanations).

• Offer accessible appointment options, including flexible scheduling and in-home visits where appropriate.

• Maintain a barrier-free clinical environment in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the College of Nurses of Ontario Code of Conduct.

• Ensure staff are trained in cultural humility, inclusive communication, and client-centred care.
